Message for our United States customers only:
 
Dear US-based customers,
 
There have been significant delays over at USPS Chicago recently, up to the point that it becomes unacceptable by us. We strive to provide not only quality products, but also the best service for all our customers. We definitely want all our customers to receive their orders promptly.
 
Therefore, for our US based customers, we will only ship by DHL Express at a 50% subsidised rate from today (15 June) onwards. The discounted DHL Express shipping fees will be automatically calculated upon checking out. The transit time for DHL is only 4-7 days from the day we ship the order. We understand that certain states in the US are not affected by the shipping delays (CA, NV), however we feel that it is better to use DHL for all of our US based customers. However there is still the free shipping option upon checking out if you do not mind the delays or the wait. 
 
For existing US based customers which your order have not been shipped and did not upgrade to DHL previously, please feel free to contact us via email or Facebook and we will arrange the upgrade for you at the discounted rate. For orders that has been shipped prior to this message, please note that the tracking number is trackable via USPS’s website.
 
Once we have firm updates from USPS, we will update everyone and resume normal registered shipping for all our US based customers.
