Shipping

When will my orders be shipped out?
For all orders less pre-orders, we will ship out the orders within 7 working days. For pre-orders, we will ship out the orders as soon as the stocks arrives. For back-orders including popular items like playmats, we will ship the your order out by batches within 10 working days.

What kind of shipping methods are available?
Currently, we are using registered airmail for all our packages to ensure your purchases reach you in a timely manner within 14-21 working days depending on your location. DHL Express upgrade is also available for urgent shipping for a fee based on the product's weight. Please drop us a message or contact us via our Facebook page if you want to arrange shipping via other methods.

Will my purchase be subjected to custom duties?
Depending on your location, you may be subjected to custom duties or tax when the total cost is more than a certain amount. We have no control over your country's import duties or taxes. For more information, please check with your local customs office. 

Payment

What kinds of payment method are accepted?
For international orders, we accept payment by credit card, Apple-Pay, Google-Pay and Paypal. For customers in Singapore, besides making your payment through this site, we accept PayNow or PayLah. Domestic customers (Singapore) please contact us through our Facebook page or Carousell for a faster delivery or mailing, thanks.

Can I get a refund on my orders if I changed my mind?
We apologise but all orders are strictly non-refundable. If you have a problem with your order, kindly drop us a message or contact us through our Facebook page.
