Shipping

When will my orders be shipped out?
For all orders less pre-orders, we will ship out the orders within one working day. For pre-orders, we will ship out the orders as soon as the stocks arrives.

What kind of shipping methods are available?
Currently, we are using registered airmail for all our packages to ensure your purchases reach you in a timely manner within 6-10 working days depending on your location. Fedex and DHL are also available for urgent shipping. Please drop us a message or contact us via our Facebook page if you want to arrange shipping via Fedex or DHL.

What should I do if my package is lost?
You will be compensated by the shipping company the declared value of the package. The actual value of your purchase will be declared on your packages accordingly for lost and claims purposes.

Will my purchase be subjected to custom duties?
Depending on your location, you may be subjected to custom duties or tax when the total cost is more than a certain amount. We have no control over your country's import duties or taxes. For more information, please check with your local customs office. 

Payment

What kinds of payment method are accepted?
For international orders, we accept payment by credit card, Apple-Pay, Google-Pay and Paypal. For customers in Singapore, besides paying through this site, we prefer PayNow or PayLah. Domestic customers (Singapore) please contact us through our Facebook page or Carousell for a faster delivery or mailing, thanks.

Can I get a refund on my orders if I changed my mind?
We apologise but all orders are non-refundable. If you have a problem with your order, kindly drop us a message or contact us through our Facebook page.
